    • KUIU Down Pants – Place down garments in a dryer with tennis balls to loft, redistribute down, and dry out any residual moisture. It’s best to hang your down apparel in a dry place that will not absorb unwanted scents.
    • Merino – Lay flat to dry.  Do not put in the dryer.

      In 2011, Jason Hairston founded KUIU finding the necessity of comfortable hunting gear for hunters. Initially, he began making hunting apparel in Canada.
      KUIU began mass production in 2017 when the San Francisco-based Main Post Partners invested $50 million.
      Today, the KUIU manufacturer makes all KUIU hunting gear in China.
19. Can you dry KUIU pants?
    • Most KUIU pants can be laid flat to dry or thrown in the dryer on gentle or medium heat.  Merino wool base layers must be laid flat to dry.

    • From my experience, yes, they are true to size.  KUIU pants have a slim or athletic fit, so be sure you follow the size charts appropriately.  If you like your clothes baggy, then order a size up.

    • The KUIU Guide pant is not the most quiet pant in the KUIU line-up but they aren’t obnoxiously loud either.  The noise is due to the weather-resistant material used to create the all-season pant.
